Shipping and Payment

We can deliver your package in several ways:

Zásilkovna

We can send the package to you via Zásilkovna. Zásilkovna is a service that operates by selecting a specific delivery point from over 2,000 branches. The parcel will be delivered to the selected location and you can pick it up there. Once the package has been handed over to Zásilkovna, you will receive an email from the carrier where you can track the package's progress online. You will be notified by email and SMS when the package has been delivered to its destination and when you are called to pick it up. You do not need an ID card to pick up. The package can be picked up by anyone who has the pick-up password. The pickup period can be extended up to more than 21 days. (must contact us)

Czech Republic:
The basic price of delivery via Zásilkovna is 85 CZK
For orders over 1 650 CZK, the delivery price is 45 CZK
When ordering goods over 2 000 CZK, delivery is free of charge.

Slovakia:
The basic price of delivery viaZásilkovna is 5€
For orders over 66€ the delivery price is 3€
For orders over 80€, delivery is free.

Delivery by courier / carrier to a specific address

We can send your package via courier to the address you specify. Delivery to an address is a service that works by selecting the most suitable carrier for delivery to an address in your region. The courier will be selected depending on the current load and quality of the given courier companies (Zásilkovna express courier, DPD or InTime).

Czech Republic:
The basic price of delivery by courier is 115 CZK
For orders over 1 800 CZK the delivery price is 70 CZK
For orders over 2 800 CZK, delivery is free of charge

Slovak Republic
The basic price of delivery by courier is 6€
For orders over 80 € the delivery price is 4€

Payment method  

You choose the payment method that suits you best.

Payment on delivery - cash on delivery (30 CZK / 2 € )

When collecting the goods in person, you pay cash on the spot. The easiest and fastest way to pay for the goods. With Czech Post you only pay cash when you collect the package. Some branches of the Czech Post are gradually introducing the possibility to pay by card, but even so, please prepare the necessary amount in advance to be sure. This will speed up the delivery of the parcel.

Online payment by card

The easiest and safest way to make cashless payments using MasterCard and VISA.The transaction is made immediately and the money is credited to our account the same day. The payment process uses the 3-D secure security protocol, which reduces the risk of claims of payment transactions by the user. The data about the payments made are transmitted via a secure way. Wood Kingdoms.r.o. does not have access to this data.

Bank transfer to account  

When you select this payment option, we will automatically send payment instructions to your email. Once the payment has been credited to our account / confirmation of outgoing payment to our account, we will begin to manufacture or dispatch the goods. Most often it takes approximately 2 working days for the amount to be credited to our account. You will be informed about all the progress of your order.
