How does the delivery service work?

Your shipment will be prepared in the standard way by our company and then handed over to the carrier for delivery to the branch of your choice. You will be informed by email, SMS or phone call about the delivery and the possibility of collection.

Please note that the goods cannot be tested or exchanged at our branches. This is an external partner who is only in charge of handing over the goods.
