About us
Who are we?
We are Eliška and Jakub Smrčkovi. Partners in private and at work. The idea to start Wood Kingdom was an innocent little family project.
We were inspired and intrigued by wood products and wanted to offer our customers wood products in one place. Therefore, it became our goal to offer a wide range of different wood products in one place, and that's why in our offer you can find products not only from Czech manufacturers, but also from manufacturers from Germany and Slovenia.
With time we found out that we want to produce quality wood products above all and make them tailor-made for our customers with love and uniqueness.
That's why we opened our own workshop. In this workshop, we produce unique handmade customized products for you, which are branded with the Wood Kingdom brand. With our e-shop, we believe that you will get everything you need from wedding accessories to fashion accessories directly from us.
Our role
Eliška prepares graphic designs, is responsible for communication with customers and e-shop administration. She follows the motto: "Our customer, our master."
Jakub has the workshop as his kingdom. There he makes all the orders, works with a laser or printer, then processes the wood so that the products are soft to the touch and can withstand handling. He then assembles, packages and ships the orders.
We are a tight-knit team, however, and even Eliska rules the kingdom of Jacob and vice versa. We do everything honestly and by hand. The laser and printer help us to produce but the handwork plays a big part.
We are always guided by what the customer wants and we always make the execution of orders as if the product is for us.
Handmade from A to Z
Under the brand Wood Kingdom we offer a wide range of gift and souvenir items, which we produce to order and according to the customer's wishes.
Materials for production are carefully selected and processed. Then we engrave (burn) or print the graphics on the materials.
